Why you should turn down work (gasp!)
It takes courage to say no to work, but this is where the real growth occurs. Taking that risk, that you might be out of work for even longer or FOMO (fear of missing out) is uncomfortable but you can’t succeed without getting out of your comfort zone. So you must take a leap of faith.
Time and Money, have we got it the wrong way around?
In this industry, as in life, time is precious. You aren’t going to remember the cost of doing anything, when you reflect on your life – you’ll remember the cost of not doing things. This isn’t a proposal to be casual with money or careless, it’s just to put money in its place, behind experiences and definitely behind time.
